Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 250 ml milk
- 3 tbsp mustard (you can use hot mustard)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- salt and pepper
- 8 tbsp cheese, very finely grated
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp, sautéed herbs (parsley, chives, herbs de Provence)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

Combine the milk, mustard, garlic, and spices in a bowl and add the chicken schnitzels. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight). Mix the cheese, flour, and herbs well and place in a deep dish. Toss the marinated schnitzels in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35-45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the meat). Serve with tomato rice and mixed salad.
