Vegetarian spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • curry powder
  • 7 eggs

quick to make and slightly oriental

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package instructions and the eggs hard-boiled, breaking them in half first (although this is not recommended for the eggs). Mix the Miracle Whip with the cream. Add the mandarins and their liquid and season with curry powder. Peel the eggs, chop them up, and stir them in. Finally, rinse the spaghetti well and add it to the sauce while still lukewarm. Allow to cool until ready to serve – or even better, let it stand overnight. Tip: For a non-vegetarian version, simply dice 200g of cooked ham and add it to the sauce.
