- 2 m.-sized sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Delicious finger food from the southern states
Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into wedges, and toss them well in the oil. Spread them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Then drizzle with maple syrup. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about an hour, turning them several times. Tip: To make savory potato wedges, use salt and paprika with pepper or cayenne pepper instead of sugar and cinnamon, as desired.
