Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of butter vegetables (frozen, approx. 300 g)
- 1 pack of gnocchi (from the refrigerated section, approx. 500 g)
- 200 g cream
- 100 g cream cheese
- n. B. Vegetable stock powder
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Fry the buttered vegetables in the pan according to the instructions. Then add the gnocchi and fry briefly. Add the cream and simmer over low heat until the cream thickens. Stir in the cream cheese and season with vegetable stock powder and/or salt, if desired. Serve immediately.
