Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 kg zucchini
  • ½ kg onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 cups vinegar
  • 6 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 celeriac
  • 2 tbsp mustard seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and dice the vegetables. Mix with the remaining ingredients and let it sit overnight. Then transfer the vegetables and liquid to jars and cook for 20 minutes at 80°C.
