Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 m.-sized potatoes
- 3 gherkins
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled
- 3 apples
- 1 jar salmon substitute (smoked pollock schnitzel)
- 250 g mayonnaise
- some milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Boil the potatoes the day before. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into even-thick slices. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Peel and dice the onions. Dice the gherkins and peel and dice the eggs. Mix everything together, then add the pollock schnitzels (available at any supermarket) and fold them in. Whisk the mayonnaise with a little milk until smooth and combine with the other salad ingredients. Season with pepper and salt. This salad goes well with fried eggs and is also suitable as a salad for grilling.
