Vegan semolina porridge

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 625 g almond drink
  • 125 g soft wheat semolina
  • 30 g agave syrup
  • 30 g sugar
  • 8 g vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat everything, except the semolina, in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; do not boil. Reduce heat and add the semolina while stirring. Continue stirring for about 4-5 minutes, until the semolina has swelled and a creamy consistency has been achieved. Pour the porridge into 4 screw-top jars (approx. 190 g each), seal, let cool, and refrigerate overnight. 200 kcal per serving.
