Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets, ling fish fillets (approx. 150 g each)
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 80 g butter
- 100 g cheese, young Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the fish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Wash and trim the spring onions, slice them into rings, and sauté them in the butter for about 5 minutes. Place the fish fillets in a 3-liter ovenproof dish, spread half of the onion butter on top, and top with the remaining fish and onion butter. Grate the Gouda cheese and sprinkle it on top. Cook the fish in a preheated oven at 200°C on the second shelf from the bottom for 30-40 minutes.
