Spaghetti with bacon and cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh or from the can
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 50 ml broth or white wine
  • 350 ml sweet cream
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and tasty

Brown the bacon, add the mushrooms and onions, and cook briefly. Add the broth (or white wine if no kids are joining you) and deglaze with the cream. Simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain and toss into the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
