Salmon on leek sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g leek
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml white wine, dry
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 salmon fillets, each approx. 400 g
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Finely chop the garlic. Sauté the leek in half the butter. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Pour in the wine and let it evaporate halfway. Stir in the crème fraîche and sauté for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse the salmon in cold water, pat dry, and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Fry the salmon in the remaining butter for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on top of the leek sauce. Serve immediately.
