Vegan pancakes with banana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 150 ml milk (oat)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some baking powder
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the flour with the oat milk, salt, and maple syrup. Add the baking powder and let it stand for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, slice the banana very thinly. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan; this will make a small pancake. Spread the banana slices on the batter and pour a little more batter over them to prevent them from sticking out. Fry well on both sides. In a standard-sized pan, you can make three pancakes at once. Super delicious and 100 percent vegan thanks to oat milk. This is a good alternative to dairy and soy products.
