Rhubarb-banana jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 660 g rhubarb, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 340 g banana(s), peeled and sliced
  • 1 pack butter vanilla flavoring
  • ½ sachet citric acid (to taste)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the rhubarb and bananas into pieces. Mix with the gelling sugar and bring to a boil. Add citric acid to taste. Let it boil for 4 minutes. Just before filling, stir in the vanilla extract and then immediately fill into twist-off jars.
