Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 g strawberries, washed and cleaned
- 250 g sparkling wine, dry, red
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes
Puree some of the prepared strawberries in a blender. Leave some of the pieces in if desired. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil gently for about 4 minutes. Then immediately pour into jars.
