Strawberry Lollo Rosso salad with chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 leaves of Lollo Rosso
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 100 g chicken
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then fry. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Either in a salad spinner or by gently patting them on a cloth. Then tear them into small pieces. Rinse the strawberries and add them to the lettuce leaves. Next, add the raspberry vinegar and a small pinch of sugar. Add the chicken pieces, toss the salad, and serve.
