Small cream puffs – ideal as an aperitif snack. Can be frozen and reheated shortly before use. Also delicious with cream cheese filling.
Bring the milk, wine, butter, and salt to a boil. Stir the flour and baking powder into the liquid all at once. Turn off the heat and stir until a ball forms and the mixture pulls away from the pan. Remove from the heat and quickly beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the diced ham, cheese, and finely chopped wild garlic. Using two teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
