Sea bream in a salt bed

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sea bream(s), filleted
  • 1 ½ kg salt, coarse
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), sliced
  • 4 small rosemary sprigs
  • a little olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and delicious

Wash the sea bream fillets and remove any remaining bones. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and spread the salt on top. Place the garlic, onion, and rosemary among the fish. Place the sea bream fillets skin-side down on the salt. Spray the top with a little oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the fish for approximately 15-20 minutes.
