Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (e.g. carp or salmon)
- 250 g cornflakes
- 100 g butter or margarine
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, various (thyme, rosemary, basil, tarragon)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the cornflakes (either in a food processor or simply place them in a freezer bag and crush them with a heavy object). Mix the butter, salt, herbs, and crushed cornflakes. Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or buttered), spread the stuffing prepared above over the fish, and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 10-20 minutes, depending on the fish.
