Salmon with spinach and mozzarella in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 portions of salmon fillet(s) (frozen)
  • 600 g spinach (frozen)
  • 2 bags of mozzarella
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very fast

Squeeze the lemon. Warm the spinach and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Arrange it on four pieces of aluminum foil. Drizzle the fillets with lemon juice and season with salt. Slice the mozzarella. Place a salmon fillet on top of the spinach, then arrange the mozzarella slices on top. Fold the aluminum foil into small, sealed packages and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
