Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1,500 g potatoes, cooked
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 400 g cooked ham
  • 400 g meat sausage
  • 400 g cheese
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 4 gherkins
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 10 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 10 tbsp yogurt
  • 20 drops of Tabasco
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • some onion powder
  • some garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Add the hard-boiled eggs. Cut the cooked ham, sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and gherkins into fairly large cubes. Finely dice the onion. Cut the chives into small rolls; this is quick and easy to do with scissors. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce, pour over the salad, and fold in well. Season to taste before serving.
