Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 lettuce
- some honey
- Thyme
- Curry powder (Thai)
- some salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. Mix together the pumpkin seed oil, honey, thyme, Thai curry powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the meat in the mixture. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Wash and dry the lettuce, and place it in a salad bowl. For the salad dressing, mix the salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and mustard well. Pour the chicken breast strips and salad dressing over the salad. Serve warm, if possible.
