Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 100 g sugar
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 360 ml juice, (multivitamin)
- 1 tbsp, heaped cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 23 minutes
For the quark cream, mix the quark with 50g of the sugar. Mix the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener. Whip the cream and sprinkle the mixture in as you go. Then mix the whipped cream well with the quark. Either divide the quark cream into dessert bowls or place it in a large bowl and chill. For the multivitamin topping, mix the cornstarch with a little cold juice. Bring the remaining juice to a boil with 50g of sugar, then stir in the mixed cornstarch and simmer gently for about 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for a few minutes. Then pour it over the quark cream and chill for about 2 hours, until the topping is firm.
