Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ¾ liter of milk
  • 90 g rice pudding
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp sherry
  • 90 g almond(s), peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 400 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Typical Danish Christmas dessert

Prepare a rice pudding from milk and rice pudding according to the package instructions. Then let it cool (best done the day before). Mix the sugar, sherry, and almonds well with the cold rice pudding. Whip the heavy cream, not too hard, and gently stir it into the rice mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with hot cherry sauce.
