Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 packs of Maultasche(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 100 g diced ham
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- n. B. herbs

easy and fast
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Slice the spring onion and chili pepper into thin rings. Slice the mushrooms. Quarter the Maultaschen (ravioli). Sauté the onion and diced ham in a large pan. Then add the remaining vegetables, crushed garlic, and Maultaschen to the pan and sauté until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add the agave syrup and soy sauce. Finally, crack the eggs into the pan, let them set, and mix everything well.
