Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g boneless smoked pork
  • 400 g leek
  • 250 ml broth
  • 2 tsp, heaped sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and easy

Cut the smoked pork into bite-sized cubes, wash and trim the leek, and cut it into 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, sear the smoked pork, then add the leek pieces and sear them, then add the stock and bring to a boil while stirring. Reduce the heat slightly and simmer everything in a covered pan for about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and season the stew with salt and pepper. If it’s too runny, you can thicken it a little with cornstarch or flour. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled or jacket potatoes. Boiled eggs also taste great with it. If you love stew, you can also cook diced potatoes at the same time, then use a little more stock.
