Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 25 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp sunflower oil
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 20 g coconut chips
  • 50 g chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil and honey in a pan over medium heat. Then add the oats, sunflower seeds, and almonds and toast for about 5 minutes. Then add the coconut flakes and coconut chips and toast for another 3-5 minutes. Let the muesli cool on a baking sheet and stir in the chocolate chips. Tip: Store the muesli in preserving jars or jam jars.
