Nut-cocoa muesli

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 30 g almond slivers or almond flakes
  • 30 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (flavor as desired)
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • n. B. Pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, chocolatey and not so sweet

In a bowl, mix the oats, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cocoa, and cinnamon well. (Of course, any other nuts are also suitable for muesli; this is just an example.) Heat the vegetable oil and honey in a non-stick pan. Then add the nut-cocoa mixture, mix well, and roast for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Allow the finished muesli to cool completely and then transfer it to a sealable container (Tupperware, glass container). We like to eat it with milk, as the cocoa gives the milk a truly chocolatey flavor, but it’s also delicious with yogurt. For a special treat, we occasionally add fresh fruit.
