Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 300 ml cola
  • 400 ml tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp Tabasco
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp curry powder
  • 100 ml ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 8 tbsp applesauce, freshly prepared
  • 10 sausages

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, reduce 300 ml of cola to a boil over low heat. Then add the remaining ingredients and heat everything slowly, otherwise the sauce could become a bit bitter. To make the applesauce, simply puree enough apples without adding anything else. Serve the sauce with the sausages.
