Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125g spaghetti
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of pepper
- 3 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tbsp butter
- 10 dashes of Maggi
- 1 chicken breast
- n. B. Marinade, to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions, drain and set aside with a little of the pasta water. Let the pasta rest in the pot with a little of the cooking water for about 5 minutes. The pasta will absorb the water. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and paprika. Season the chicken breast with a store-bought marinade, then cut into strips or 1 cm pieces. Fry the poultry in a hot pan. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Fry the pasta in the pan until lightly browned. Add the egg and fry until set, mixing or tossing well. Add the butter and the chicken breast. Toss everything occasionally until the butter has melted. Add the Maggi, toss and continue to fry everything over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, tossing occasionally.
