Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 360 g Maultasche(n) filled with beef
- 300 g chicken strips, spicy seasoned
- 125 g bacon cubes
- 1 tbsp Asian sauce, hot
- 6 eggs

Preheat the pan thoroughly, then sauté the onions with the garlic cloves. Meanwhile, chop the Maultaschen (ravioli). When the onions are well browned, add the chopped Maultaschen and the chicken. Depending on how spicy you want them, add one to two tablespoons of hot Asian sauce and the bacon cubes. Season with salt and pepper, stir well, and continue frying. Meanwhile, crack the eggs into a bowl or measuring jug with a little salt and whisk. Add the eggs to the pan and let them set for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously. They shouldn’t get too dry. Total nutritional values: 2100 kcal, 156g protein, 121g carbs, 107g fat. This will fill 4 people or 1 to 2 hungry eaters. Perfect for athletes, singles, or days when you don’t want to spend a long time in the kitchen but still want to eat something substantial.
