Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 kg apples
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with crème fraîche topping

Quickly knead the ingredients for the dough together and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Peel the apples, core them with an apple corer and then cut the apple into slices (approx. 1/2 cm rounds). Put 2/3 of the dough into a greased springform pan (26cm) and form a rim from the remaining third. Prick the base several times with a fork. Now fan out the apple slices close together on the base. Brush with melted butter and pre-bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. In the meantime, mix the remaining ingredients for the topping and spread on the tart. Bake for a further 10 minutes until the mixture sets. Let the cake cool and then remove it from the pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
