- 0,5 head White cabbage
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil for frying
- 400 g Organic minced beef
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Noble sweet peppers
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth or water
- 2 tbsp Caraway seed
- Halve the cabbage and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into small pieces, peel off the onions and cut them into small pieces.
- Put coconut oil in a pan, then add the onions, carrots and the minced meat, salt and pepper, as well as the paprika powder little by little to the pan, sear everything well and stir from time to time, as the sweet paprika could burn and it then becomes bitter .
- Add the cut cabbage and caraway seeds, braise everything for a few minutes, add the tomato paste and then pour water or vegetable stock over it and bring to a boil, simmer slowly for about 1.5 hours.
- Note 4: The wok content is also sufficient for a second meal
