Ingredients
- 1 piece Fresh white cabbage
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 5 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 500 g Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth
Instructions
- Quarter the cabbage and cut out the stalk. Chop the cabbage and wash it. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Fry the minced meat in the oil and season. Add the cabbage and fry for 10 minutes. Add spring onions, tomatoes and the caraway seeds to the cabbage and stir-fry. Add tomato paste, sweat and deglaze with 250 ml of hot water, stir in the stock and simmer everything together again for another 10 ... season to taste and the meal is ready
