Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 large bananas, ripe
- 100 g spelt flour
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without added sugar
Puree or mash the bananas. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix all of the ingredients together, pour into a baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes. After baking, test with a toothpick if the bananas are cooked through. Note: I used the pink silicone mold from My Müsli, which makes muesli bar-shaped and heart-shaped snacks. Depending on the type of mold, the baking time should be adjusted accordingly.
