Baked Oats Berry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized bananas, each approx. 125 g
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 100 g protein powder (vanilla, chocolate), as desired
  • 200 g water
  • some cinnamon powder
  • 300 g almond milk, unsweetened
  • 100 g raspberries or blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 6 g cocoa nibs
  • possibly chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A meal prep-friendly recipe, rich in protein and with no added sugar

Instructions for the Thermomix (TM) are in parentheses. Mash the bananas with a fork (TM 6 sec / speed 5.5). Mix all ingredients up to and including the almond milk (TM 20 sec / speed 4) and divide between 4 ovenproof bowls. Fold in 25 g of berries and top with cocoa nibs. Bake the baked oats in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 160 °C or in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Caution! If you use a large bowl instead of a small one, the baking time may double. Garnish with chocolate drops, if desired. Tips: The oats are easy to prepare and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Simply place them in the air fryer or oven in the morning. No time in the morning? Simply bake them and enjoy cold or heat them in the microwave. 378 kcal per serving.
