Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g ribbon pasta, twisted
  • 300 g smoked meat (smoked meat) or cooked ham
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ¼ liter soup
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, finely dice the onion and smoked meat. Heat a little oil in a pan, briefly sauté the diced onion, add the smoked meat, then pour in some of the broth and simmer for about five minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper and add the dripping-wet pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese and return to the heat briefly. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
