Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 2 onions
- 3 bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 200 ml broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- wine, white
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of Provence
- possibly corn
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the meatloaf and fry. Finely chop the onions and bell peppers, add them, and fry briefly. Add the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and tomato paste, and season with white wine and spices. This dish also tastes great with a can of corn. Serve with pasta.
