Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 g quark
- 125 g margarine
- ¼ pack of baking powder
- 125 g smoked bacon
- 500 g onion(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs (depending on size)
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Stir flour, quark, margarine, and baking powder into a batter and pour into a 26cm springform pan. Fry the smoked bacon and onions and spread them on the batter. I then sprinkled grated Gouda cheese on top. Whisk the sour cream with the eggs and salt and pour over the batter. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
