Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 rolls of dough
  • 150 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. olive oil
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Line a 26cm tart tin with puff pastry. Trim off the excess puff pastry, leaving the edges intact. Prick the base with a fork. Cut the remaining puff pastry, cheese, and ham into strips approximately 2.5-3cm wide. Cut the tomatoes into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on their size. Now line the outer edge in rounds, alternating between ham, puff pastry, cheese, puff pastry, tomatoes, puff pastry, etc. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little olive oil and brush with a little milk. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
