Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry (6 slices)
- 2 eggs
- 600 g cheese (Gouda)
- 4 onions
- 2 tsp cornstarch (Mondamin)
- ¼ liter sweet cream
- ½ tsp salt
- 8 slice(s) ham, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thaw the puff pastry, roll it out, and spread it on a baking sheet. Grate the cheese, dice the onions, and ham, and spread everything on the puff pastry. Mix the eggs, Mondamin, cream, and salt and spread evenly on the onion tart. Bake at 200°C – 225°C on the middle rack for approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
