Delicious burger patties

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 dashes tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form 6 burger patties (weight: approx. 80-85 g, diameter: approx. 12 cm, height: approx. 1 cm). Brush a grill pan with sunflower oil. Fry the burger patties in the hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Finish the burger as desired and serve with fries and salad.
