Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g sesame seeds, unhulled
- 100 g almond(s), blanched and ground
- 200 g dates
- 55 g rapeseed honey
- 80 g oat flakes, flower-soft
- 100 g peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
- 15 g puffed amaranth
- 30 g cocoa
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 5 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Lightly grind the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a blender until the seeds are just slightly smaller. Puree the dates and honey, with a little water if desired, in a blender or with a hand blender until puree. Mix everything except the milk chocolate in a bowl, adding water until it reaches a workable consistency. Crumble the chocolate into small pieces and fold it into the mixture. Place everything on a piece of baking paper about 1 cm thick (approx. 27 cm x 27 cm). I recommend placing a second piece of baking paper on top of the mixture. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes on the middle rack of the oven shelf. Cut into 12 pieces and let cool.
