The slightly different low-carb tarte flambée

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • n. B. Leek
  • 1 pair of sausages (string sausages)
  • e.g. corn
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g crème fraîche with herbs

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Clean the bell pepper and leek. Cut them into small pieces along with the sausages. Mix the eggs, quark, and 100g of Emmental cheese and add a little salt. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Mix the sour cream and crème fraîche and spread it on the base. Top with the sausages and vegetables. Sprinkle the remaining 150g of cheese on top and bake at 180°C for another 10 minutes. After baking, loosen the stuck-on sides from the baking paper with a knife.
