Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 eggs
- 100 g cheese, light
- 300 g chicken strips
- 300 g yogurt
- 10 g salad herbs
- 1 tsp, heaped pesto
- 1 lettuce as desired, leaves
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low-carb
Combine the low-fat curd cheese, eggs, and cheese and spread evenly and thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, season and brown the chicken strips. For the sauce, combine the yogurt, salad herbs, and pesto. Once the wrap is baked, arrange the chicken, lettuce, and finely chopped onion on top. Pour the sauce over the wrap and roll it up into a nice roll.
