Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 packs of HENGLEIN Fresh Tarte Flambée Dough
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g spinach, frozen
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • 75 g feta cheese

Ideal for a high-protein diet

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted). Cut the tarte flambée dough into 12 x 12 cm circles. Grease the muffin tin with cooking oil and press the dough circles into the holes. Thaw the frozen spinach, then mix it with the quark, eggs, grated garlic, and seasonings. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each tarte flambée hole. Finally, crumble the feta cheese over the spinach mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Nutritional values ​​per piece: 153 kcal (9 g protein, 6 g fat, 16 g carbohydrates)
