Crunchy muesli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts, if desired
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 4 tbsp rice syrup
  • 480 g natural yogurt, lactose-free

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, combine the dry ingredients, then add the rice syrup and mix until a sticky mixture forms. Spread this mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes, until the mixture is golden brown. Remove the baking sheet and let everything cool. Then break everything into small pieces and serve with lactose-free natural yogurt. This muesli is also easy to make in advance and should be stored in a dark, airtight container.
