Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pepper, red
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, boil the egg hard for 10 minutes. Peel and chop it finely. Chop the lettuce and peppers. Drain the tuna and crumble it. Chop the onion. Mix everything well in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, water, and sugar in a bowl. Pour over the other ingredients, mix, and serve.
