Ingredients for 4 servings:
- n. B. Garfish(s), approx. 1600 g
- 8 tbsp flour
- n. B. Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
- 300g bacon
- 2 lemons, juice
- 100 g butter, salted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Surf and Turf
Rinse the garfish inside and out and pat dry, then cut into approximately 10 cm long pieces. Toss the pieces with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Then, margarine and wrap each piece with a strip of bacon. Heat a pan with the salted butter over medium heat and fry the garfish pieces on all sides for about 10 minutes. Arrange and serve.
