Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of bacon cubes
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with ready-made pizza dough

Roll out the pizza dough, spread with the sour cream, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finely dice the bell pepper and spring onion and arrange them on the rolled-out dough along with the bacon cubes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C top/bottom heat for about 10-15 minutes. The sour cream flatbread is ready when the cheese has melted and is a nice color.
