Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
The tarte flambée dough, whether store-bought or homemade, is rolled out on a baking sheet. It is spread with jam—I used homemade strawberry-blueberry jam. The sliced Camembert is placed on top. The tarte flambée is then baked in the oven at 200°C (fan-assisted) for 12-15 minutes. The recipe is so delicious and simple.
