Schnitzel with Parmesan crust from the oven

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 turkey schnitzel
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Flatten the turkey schnitzel between sheets of cling film. In a small bowl, combine the sunflower oil and paprika. Beat an egg and place it on one plate, then the Parmesan cheese on another. Coat the schnitzel first in the egg and then in the Parmesan cheese. Place the schnitzel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush on the sunflower oil and paprika mixture. Place the schnitzel on the plate and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes, until it reaches the desired browning.
